How long is the free trial?
Trials usually run for 14 days. The exact length is confirmed in the email we send when your request is approved.
Why does a trial need approval?
We review each request to make sure it comes from a real school and that everything is set up correctly before you sign in.
What web address will our school use?
Each school gets its own address, like yourschool.schools.onenext.in. Support for connecting your own domain is coming soon.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Staff, parents and students can use it in any phone or computer browser, and there's an Android app for families.
Can we bring in our existing records?
Yes. Student, staff and other records can be imported from Excel sheets, so you don't have to type everything again.
Is our school's data kept private?
Each school's data is kept separate from every other school, all connections are encrypted, and only people you add can sign in.
